1 lbs of weal
1/2 cauliflower
1/2 brocoli
4 carrots
1/2 red onion
4 spring onions (the green part)
1 fennel
1/2 cup of cashews

Slice the weal, and fry it till it’s brown.
Add the cauliflower and carrots and stir fry for 10 minutes before adding the rest.
Stir fry everything for another 5-7 minutes.
