4 Quails
1 bag of organic sweet potato fries
2 large carrots
1/2 a cauliflower
1/2 a broccoli
3 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
Garlic and herb mix from Simply Organic
1 tbsp coconut oil for cooking

Cut the veggies into sizes you like, and spread them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and spices to your taste and bake at 400F for about 30 minutes

In a large skillet, melt the coconut oil. Add the garlic and spices, and cook for a couple of minutes
Rinse the Quails and add them whole to the skillet. Cook about 10-15 minutes (in total) on each side.
You can serve them whole, or choose to part them as a chicken.
