3 chicken breasts
1 head of a broccoli
1/2 head of a cauliflower
1 bag of peas
1 red onion
Coconut oil for frying

Cut the chicken breasts in half and season them with sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
Heat up the coconut oil in a skillet. Fry the chicken breasts for 15-20 minutes
Cut the veggies as you like them, and stir fry for about 15 minutes. I like our to still have a little bite to them!
